How Our Pricing Works
You pay a predictable monthly fee that includes a set amount of bookkeeping time. If your needs take longer in a given month, we only charge for the additional time at the posted hourly rate, and we communicate it clearly.
No transaction limits. No “per-item” fees. Just time spent keeping your books accurate, organized, and tax-ready.
One-Time Setup (Required)
$300 setup fee
Includes:
A kickoff meeting to understand your current setup and goals
Connecting accounts and establishing your chart of accounts (as needed)
Setting up or cleaning up your bookkeeping workflow so month-to-month work is smooth
Monthly Bookkeeping
$550 per month
(includes up to 5 hours of work)
Additional time: $125 per hour
This is a great fit if you want consistent, professional bookkeeping support without worrying about transaction counts.

Basic month-end cleanup and organization

Quarterly Bookkeeping
$650 per quarter
(includes up to 5 hours of work)
Additional time: $125 per hour
This is a great fit if you do not need monthly bookkeeping, but you want your accounts reviewed and reconciled on a consistent schedule so your books stay accurate and tax-ready.

Categorizing and reconciling transactions across your key accounts
Reviewing for accuracy and consistency
Quarter-end cleanup and organization so nothing piles up
Clear, practical questions when something needs clarification
Payroll
Common monthly payroll work includes:
Processing payroll on your regular schedule
Managing employee additions and changes (rates, withholdings, direct deposit details)
Coordinating payroll records needed for clean bookkeeping and tax preparation
Answering questions as they come up so payroll stays accurate and on time
1-5 employees: $250 per month
6-20 employees: $550 per month
21+ employees: Consultation
Payroll is billed as a flat monthly fee based on the number of employees. This keeps pricing predictable and avoids surprises.

If your needs exceed the included 5 hours, additional bookkeeping time is billed at $125 per hour. We communicate clearly when additional time is needed.

Time can increase when records need cleanup, transactions are hard to categorize, documentation is missing, business and personal spending are mixed, there are multiple accounts and platforms to reconcile, or we need extra back-and-forth to clarify items. (This mirrors the same time-based approach you use for tax prep.)
